The hotel will hold rooms until May 3 at that rate. It is important that reservations be made prior to May 3 because after that date, the rooms will no longer be held and the rate is then based on availability ($89-109/night). Members wishing to take advantage of this opportunity should identify themselves as participants in the "Viola Mini-Congress." A free shuttle will transport participants from LAX to the hotel, and we have made arrangements to have a shuttle take participants from the hotel to the University although it is within walking distance.
